Josh Brolin confirms Thanos’ survival from Avengers: Infinity War

The Deadpool 2 star takes to Instagram to leak filming on Avengers 4

You can’t blame actors for wanting to shout from the rooftops about their involvement in cinemas biggest movie franchise, but sometimes that excitment can lead to unwelcome spoilers.

Josh Brolin recently took to his Instagram page to express his excitement at returning as Thanos for Avengers 4, which is due to starting filming soon in Tokyo, Japan.

The Oscar-nominated actor stars in the upcoming mega-blockbuster Avengers: Infinity War as Marvel super-villain Thanos – however with the movie not due in cinemas until next year, Brolin has unintentionally just leaked a major plot point of the franchise.

Marvel, who are notorious for punishing actors who release spoilers, will likely be fuming after this latest leak and cursing the entire existence of social media.

With some big names likely to meet their ends in Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel Studios will want the project on complete lockdown until it officially hits cinemas to avoid any more spoilers from leaking out.

Avengers: Infinity War is gearing up to be the biggest cinematic release in history, boasting a budget of over $1 billion and 60 major Marvel characters including veterans Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and Hulk.
